Good to know
Do I need my own equipment?+
No. Beginner classes include loaner bows and arrows. Buy gear later, once you know what you like.
How young is too young?+
We welcome archers from age 8. Email us about your child and we'll point you to the right class.
What should I wear?+
Closed-toe shoes and a fitted top. Loose sleeves and dangling jewelry can catch the string. Practice is indoors, so dress comfortably.
Can I shoot a tournament without joining?+
Yes. Anyone with a current USA Archery or NFAA membership can register. See what's open →
