Join Desert Sky Archers
A member-run JOAD and adult target archery club at Ben Avery. Learn on club equipment, shoot coached and open practice each week, and compete through the DSA season.
How to join

Come shoot with us
Start with a public class or a drop-in practice night. Email first and we'll reserve a lane and loaner equipment.

Get your memberships
Every archer needs a USA Archery Full Membership (not the recreational tier). Volunteers aged 15+ complete free SafeSport training.

Pay dues and start
Pay club dues for the current six-month cycle and you're in — practices, coaching and the club season.

$250/ 6 months · first family member
+$75/ 6 months · each additional family member
Dues run on a six-month cycle — paid by the end of February and the end of August. One membership covers a family, with one vote per family.
Volunteer credit
Volunteer hours lower your renewal at $10 per hour. Renewal won't drop below $150 (about 10 hours per cycle), and multiple family members can earn hours toward it.
What's included
- Club equipment for your first six months
- 6–8 practices every month
- Open practice Wed & Fri, 5–7 PM; coached Fri 7–9 PM
- Coaching from Level 2 & 3 USA Archery coaches
- The DSA club tournament season
What we ask
- USA Archery Full Membership (not recreational)
- SafeSport training for volunteers aged 15+
- Volunteer at least three times a year
- Follow USA Archery & World Archery rules, pledges and codes of conduct
